It takes 6months to a year for your body to heal after birth. Your muscles are stretched and your hormones are out of whack, so it takes a awhile for your body to get back in shape. Give it time and it will heal both body and spirit...sorry for your loss and wish you the best.

when i lost mine at 22 weeks i wastold waith 6 months. give your body time to heal and time to grieve. im sorry this happened to you

Dr's say to wait at least one menstrual cycle. You need to be ready to try again yourself.
