Local butchers, always!

I have to agree, local produce is always best. Look for farm shops and reputable local butchers. Buy what was recently kicking around a farmyard not what has been sat in a supermarket freezer and deforsted and you can't go wrong.

not only are you supporting your local farmer who might be struggling, but you get decent value and a superior product nine times out of ten.
