A week is a pretty long time to wait after getting a phone call from someone. I wouldn't be very thrilled if I was that low on someone's list of priorities. I'm willing to say she's moved on, you should too.
Next time someone calls you, give it a day, at the most two before you call them back.

You waited a week ? What girl wants to date a guy who didn't call back for a week ? Not me. Try calling her again. If she doesn't call back then it means you totally blew it. Does it really matter though ? You must not like her too much if it took a week.

you waited some time, so it may have been enough for her think about it and decided not to call back. or she may be gaming with you cause you took so long and she'll call later. and if you were gaming then let this be a lesson. of course there's still a chance...you just need to make the next move. call her one more time. after that no one's that worth it, unless you know them.

she probely though u wanted to long i mean never leave a girl hang so long unless u have a realy good reson. she could have also gone on vaction. so just wait for like a month if nothing happends then u probely did blow it with her. she might have found anouther guy.
