By our laws no. However many do using stolen Identities. In truth Millions vote using stolen Identities. The Federal Statistics show that 97% of identity thefts are caused by illegals. Those numbers can be verified through the Fox34 News reports. What that means is that only 3% percent of identity thefts are for scams, and cons. Out of the estimated 20 mil illegals in this country how many do you think are using stolen identities to vote?
In California they are trying to make it were illegals can vote using a registered ID card, that they can register for instead of using stolen IDs because the problem has gotten so bad. The ID that I speak of is illegal by our constitution, but is sponsored by our government. Most people, including illegal aliens are not aware that they can register in America to work without a visa, the ID allows them to pay federal taxes where they work, without endangering the employer who hires, as they like to call them, undocumented workers. California, and President Bush want this ID card to also allow these illegals to vote. And, it is a pretty good bet, that the next president will also push this illegal ID program, even though it is barely used by the people it was created for. Most illegals buy their documents before coming to the country, and like my dad who has had his identity stolen several times then he was left with the taxes they do not pay as they work under his name. He has five different jobs, in six states, and that doesn't include his job that he has been at for 8 years. He and my mother have been fighting the IRS to not have to pay those taxes owed by the illegals, since he did not, and could not have earned the wages. He has been advised for the second time to change his ss#, and driver's license# number. But, at nearly 8 thousand dollars to get it done, there is no way he can change it again. They have closed their bank account, and are keeping a close eye on their credit. After the first time, they watched it closely, but after the second time, they watch it daily, and they pay an arm and a leg to do it. The process that they have to go through to clear their credit of any bills derived by the illegals using his credit takes years of fruastration, and determination to get through. My mother has cancer, and is in need of a new heart, but because she has cancer she doesn't qualify for a heart. We can't afford her cancer treatments, and what little medical care she does get we have to beg for from pharmisutical companies. Yet, an illegal walks into an emergency room, and recieves FREE medical care. My father will never be able to own anything unless he divorces my mother because if she dies with her current medical bills, any thing they jointly own can be confinscated, and auctioned off to pay off the debt. This new law went in to effect last year here in Texas because of the Americans that were in need of medical care but could not afford it.
Illegals not only vote, but they vote for laws that favor themselves, and vote against laws that help Americans.

No one can vote unless they are a citizen of the United States. My husband is a registered alien, he works, pays taxes and still does not have a say in government. He knows this and accepts it and when he is a citizen he will be able to vote..
It is the law... If people cannot be here legelly then don't come.

Theoretically no, practically yes, in some states ... they are under our laws NOT ALLOWED to vote, but some states as I said do not even demand a photo ID ... and who knows what illegals will do? If they've already broken one law by coming here, can't imagine they'll stop at breaking another ... although why the would want to vote is another matter ..

Illegal aliens cannot legally vote in this country. But then following the law is something they don't do so they probably would vote if they would somehow do so illegally anyways.

in order to vote, you must be registered to vote and on that registration card, it tells where u live. So if your illegal, you don't want the government to find out your illegal.

Its called fraud but you need to call your secretary of state to make sure the illegals arent fradulently registering. The Racist mexicans who marched on May 1 said they are going to register 1 million new voters. How are they going to do that when their people are illegal aliens

They cannot legally vote but, if they steal someone's identity, they might be doing it. Who knows? They are accustomed to breaking the law.

Nope! They have to have a voters id card, and they can't get that w/o the proper identification showing that they are Americans.
