I would like to get my dog a new dog collar & would like to get something that stands out . . vegas themed . . funny writing . . etc. I went to Target & all they had was plain colored ones . . Maybe I have to much time on my hands... any help would be nice. Thanks

Try ebay. There are many people that custom make collars.
In the Saluki area of ebay are some very fancy ones...
