because breastfeeding is not seen as offensive where they come from. for some reason we see breastfeeding as offensive, but we are not offended by breast augmentation.

The baby is hungry and in a lot of cultures the breast is not considered to be obscene. Personally, I don't have a problem with it.
Unfortunately, a lot of people in America do. Even when the mother puts a blanket or something over herself and the baby and doesn't expose anything to the public, some people will complain.

Er... this is normal to me. Although maybe I am foreign to you (I am English, where are you from?). If a baby needs feeding, then they get fed, no big deal.

Adults are free to eat in public when they are hungry.
And babies should be free to eat in public too when they are hungry.
To eat when you are hungry is a basic human right, which belongs to babies as much as it does to adults.

Because it is a natural thing... and they aren't as stifled and prudish about sex as we are...
We, Americans, were founded by Puritans!!!!! enough said, right!!!!!
(Not to say that the Indians Tribes weren't already here...which weren't prudish either)
