I have been diagnosed with a condition where can NOT eat any of the following foods:
Carbohydrates (especially involving yeast)
Potatoes
Fruits
Caffeine
Chocolate
Sugar
Cheese

--I'm tired of eating eggs for breakfast and snacking on pieces of meat--- Any alternatives? especialy breakfast foods?

p.s. Im allowed to have tortillas and milk.

EDIT:: IM trying to fight an overgrowth of bacteria called Candida Albicans, as well as trying to cleanse a highly toxic liver. I not allowed to have cheese because it contains the fungus.

The Health Food store has delicious alternatives for the items you can't eat. Substitute their items for normal items and you're set. Let me explain: I don't do dairy, so I eat cheese alternatives and use soy milk. I make recipes that ask for milk with soy milk.

a medical dietitian should be able to help you they have to prepair special dishes for people on restricted diets you may want to check on line for information form a medical dietitian that can give you the correct information what you eat will be the correct types of food that will work for you dietitians are educated to know what will work for you.

Try tofu- It comes in different varities. I have also seen it in the form of hotdogs& burgers

you could have fish, steak, certian vegs., you could make burritos with sauteed veg and chicken...

one thing peaks my interest, how can you have milk but not have cheese...

go to quaker.com they have all those yummy rice cakes and recipies, and they are all low calorie and so yummy!
