I think your straining way too hard. This can be seriousl and can cause a blood vessel to burst in your head as well as cause Hemorrhoids. I suggest looking into a daily fiber pill or powder. You should drink this before you goto bed. As look into Coffee to help things along. All in all your probably not getting enough fiber. Once you do eat veggies and or do the fiber suppliments you should be able to sit down and it will come out fast and easily.

You could be applying a lot of pressure and that pressure is secreting tear drops. If you're constipated and must push that hard, you should consider taking fiber supplements or increase your daily intake of foods containing fiber.

Never had that happen before. Maybe you are having to work to hard. Try drinking some apple juice once in a while!

the pressure has to be released somewhere and the eyes leaking is a good stress reliever.

i think your tear glands are stimulated when you place some kind of pressure when you are doing it. that results in watery eyes. i think what you should do is stop doing your bowel movement and that will stop your watery eyes.
