First of all, well done! I know its not easy, but you have taken a vital step. My sister is recovering from Bulimia. I believe in Complan, my Grandma used to have it a lot, its nourishing and soothing. I think its very important that you get back into eating normal foods, but small amounts, every few hours to gently introduce food to your stomach without making yourself feel uncomfortable. Maybe take vitamins too
Good luck and lots of love xxxx

Complan is really good for weight gain, but you have to watch how much you take, too much can make you puke. Never take it near meals, so for example if you mix it up use it as a snack mid morning, mid afternoon and one at night. Don't take it right before or after a meal

loading on the fat isn't going to help - rebuild the fat reserves and muscle gradually eating a bit more every day until you reach 2000 calories. if you exercise make it a bit more. once you reach 2000 stay there the weight will catch up to it.
