I am trying to watch what I eat but LOVE mayo on a sandwich. I hate a dry sandwich, what could I replace it with that will taste good and fall in line with eating healthy?

Keep the Kraft Mayo. Measure it on a level spoon, spread it thinly and enjoy! You can have it, just don't get a big blob of it like the rest of us! Moderation is the key!

Miracle Whip has less calories than mayo.

Maybe....some cucumbers and a little salt and papper, or slice up a green apple. Here's a good sandwich..
Bread, Ham, brie (or swiss) cheese, some sprouts, dijon, red onion , sliced (just a bit) and a sliced up green apple.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Will someone make me lunch?
