there are quite a few prepaid debit cards available. Visa Buxx is designed specifically for teens. Green Dot, Rushcard and Netspend also are available.

Check out Visa Buxx. You or your parents can put cash on it and you can use it anyplace that accepts Visa. It is not a credit card but can be used like one.

Have your parents get a card with you on the account. That way you have a card in your own name and they pay the bills! Sweet!

Get a greendot card, its an easy credit card, you put the money on that you want to spend, no age limit for it

i have a credit card (visa) and im only 16.. it has to be attached to your parent's account i think

or you can use a debit card... like chase banks have visa debit cards
