Open a bank account and obtain a visa debit card. This allows you to spend your money directly from your bank account without the need to go to an ATM.

Check out Visa Buxx. You or your parents can put cash on it and you can use it anyplace that accepts Visa. It is not a credit card but can be used like one.

Have your parents get a card with you on the account. That way you have a card in your own name and they pay the bills! Sweet!
