I've been using separate bottles of Garnier Fructis Shampoo length and Strength, Conditioner Length and Strength, and a little pump bottle of Leave-In Treatment Long and Strong. My hair has grown about 4 inches in one week of using this stuff!!! It's for split ends, fragile or hard-to-grow-long hair!!!!! You can get it at Wal-mart.
