I am in my mid 30s and my wife commented my nose has grown. I don't disagree with the fact. Anybody knows what is the reason?

Your cartilage will continue to grow after your bones have stopped. Guess what? That means your ears will get bigger too. Take a look at really old people and tell me what you notice.

I believe the nose and ears on a person, never fully stop growing! Just one of those things.

Your nose will keep growing throughout your life...they all do, just some more than others
