Dyed my hair light brown can I go blonde without it turning orange?

I would wait about 4 weeks. If you dye your hair too soon, you are more likely to change it colors. I turned my hair green once!!!!!

in order not to get that orange you have to reach the pale yellow stage....which is bleaching your hair....and honestly take a look at all the help wanted in here with peoples hair turning orange...the products on the selves at the stores are not strong enough unless you get a bleaching out kit.....or you do a highlighting kit which that's not bad...but then your roots need touched up and a salon will have to do that .....the will pick the the pieces that only have been prehighighted so not to damage the rest of the hair....go to a salon hun ....you will get what you want and not orange ...the bowes on the shelves at the stores are made to match your natural color or to cover grey hair....they can be so missleading......read the boxes.........they say if your hairs brown or black will be a reddish brown results...its in small print

Look for a lightening product that says it has a neutral base. Any thing that has a red,yellow base will make it orange. Anything with a blue or violet base will turn it greenish. The base is listed on the package .

yes you can you can get color stripper for your hair use that first or just get ultimate blonde dye trust me you will not go orange
