Well that's all in perspective. The main strategic power was the USSR because they where able to grind down Germany while Great Briton was able to strike back after the London Blitz and the Battle of Briton. Briton was also able to convince the U.S. the join the war. In the end the USSR was able to distract and weaken Germany while the U.S. fought them out of France and cut off supplies. The western forces also gained air superiority and did heavy bombing so that they could advance further. The first to Berlin was the USSR though. The U.S. had a greater military presence but the USSR did destroy the only chance of Germany winning. I would say the USSR was the most influential.

The three possible choices are the 3 allied powers, England, US. and Soviet Union.
I would choose the Soviet Union because the failure to capture Stalingrad was the turning point in the war. This led to a retreating tide followed by the Soviet invasion ending in Berlin 1945

I give a lot of credit to Russia, they beat us to Berlin after all. We certainly didn't help their arses though, they lost millions, and Stalin was quoted as saying he will never forgive the Allies for not helping his country. Still, it gave Germany an entire new front to fight, which divided their numbers, and it just couldn't hold up.

Believe me it was not France. It was a combination of several country's USA, England, and USSR. However USSR still owes millions to the USA for our assistance during the war.

maximum Germans who were said as "Aryans" through the Nazis were both actual Christians through concept, or through 'default'. maximum Germans evaluate themselves inspite of the close by faith is, no matter if or not they prepare or not. in case you stay in Bavaria, you're likely considered Catholic, in case you stay in different elements, you're considered Lutheran until eventually you assert in the different case (I heard this from someone who grew up in Germany). a number of the Nazi leaders were Christian, Hitler himself grew up Catholic. This has been held adverse to the Catholic Church sometimes, yet he replaced into not truly a coaching Catholic as an man or woman. yet lots of the Nazis, mutually with Hitler considered Christianity a 'susceptible' faith and some were into the pagan gods of the Norse days or some thing. maximum Christians who minded their personal organization in Germany were not affected, yet those, mutually with some clergy contained in the Catholic and Lutheran churches who stood up for the Jews and others were imprisoned or maybe killed. a clergyman, Maximillian Kolbe replaced into put in a concentration camp and died for opposing Hitler, he's now considered a Catholic Saint and martyr.
