These guys are such drama queens. What do they look like? If they are on the inside of your cheeks, white ish circular ulcers are caused by stress. Take a day off, relax and if they're not whiteish circles near the back of your cheeks then may be you should see a doctor. A lot of people get stress ulcers they come and go as your stress level rises and falls. Good luck with that.

Corsoldyl or Frador tincture will soothe and heal them the best. Ulcers can be the body's way of saying you've had too little sleep or not enough vitamins. It might also be that you have a minor mouth infection, possibly candida (also known as oral thrush) from eating too much sugar which makes any nicks or bites in the mouth much more sensitive. This will be easily treated with the Corsodyl, which is readily available over the counter (in the UK anyway).

Most likely it is the following:

Canker sores:
- Simple canker sores. These may appear three or four times a year and last up to a week. They typically occur in people between 10 and 20 years of age.
-Complex canker sores. These are less common and occur more often in people who have previously had them.
-The exact cause of most canker sores is unknown. Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple canker sores. Certain foods – including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes, strawberries) – can trigger a canker sore or make the problem worse. Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, like Motrin, is another common cause. Sometimes a sharp tooth surface or dental appliance, such as braces or ill-fitting dentures, might also trigger canker sores.

Treatments:
-Look for a medicine that contains glycerin, which protects the sore, and peroxide, which fights bacteria. An easy home remedy is to apply a diluted hydrogen peroxide solution (1:1 with water), then coat them with a small amount of milk of magnesia several times a day. (I've found that salt water helps reduce their life span by several days)

"Mouth Ulcers" could be lots of things, the most common being a type of herpes simplex. This is usually very painful. It could also be an absess of some sort. You absolutely need to see a doctor. If it is not herpes, it could be an infection that could cause all kinds of problems. If it is herpes, your doc will give you and antiviral drug to prevent future outbreaks. Remember that it is extemely contagious. No kissing, sharing food or drinks, or giving unprotected oral sex!

It's not herpes, it's a vitamin deficiency. Use L-lysine everyday. You get it in your vitamin aisle at the grocery store or pharmacy. It will begin working within 48 hours and you'll never have them again. I use L-lysine about once a week and it's great. My kids get them too and so does my dad and my sister and brothers. I have a lot of friends who get them. They all use L-lysine. It works on everyone I know who gets it. Also avoid foods like chocolate and peanuts or those with amino acids because it agrivates the problem.

Theres a billion reasons for them:
Main one is stress/ acidity
Check out the webpage below.

The answers above by everyone suggest oral herpes which treatment is acyclovir. I doubt you have that as u keep on getting them.

Bonjela helps soothe. Reduce acidity in your diet. Need to relax. Not much treatment out there for mouth ulcers, unless its cos you have a bowel disorder assoc with it like coeliac disease..

Absolutely see a Dr. Advice is all you can get here, don't look for a solution though. A common medicine prescribed for such a thing I believe is Zovorax. You may want to inquire about it.
