my ex boyfriend moved like 2 years ago. i got over him and am dating somebody else. last night i dreamt about my ex and i holding hands kissing and like flirting too, but i am in a serious relationship with somebody else. could it be that i am just yearning for affection? is this bad?

Dreams are DREAMS and little value should be put into them. It is your mind going places it is safer at, wishing to be at, or just fun thoughts that don't amount to squat. Ignore it and enjoy your current life and dream away!

It could be yearning for affection, but since it was with your ex, it's more likely that you're wishing for some things to be "the way they used to be". You may just be having thoughts about returning to an old lifestyle or old habits. It may not be literally about your ex at all. Hope this helps!

It's normal to dream about an ex. It all depends on how things ended between the two of you. You should look it up in a dream book. That might give you some clarity on what's going on and what it means.

Its not bad. I've dreamt about my ex before. Usually something during the day might remind me of him and then I forget about it until I dream about it later on.
