Well, that depends on who you talk to.
However, I believe, and most believe NASA did land 6 spacecraft on the moon.
Just a few simple things to mention:
Why would NASA, and under-funded organization, spend money, millions of dollars, to stage a big moon landing. They had plenty of technology to really go to the moon, at the time anyway.
secondly, is this question also asking if the Gemini space program was fake? See, the purpose of the Gemini mission was to TEST MANUEVERS FOR MOON FLIGHT. so, it would be rediculous to fake the purpose of this as well.
Moon rocks and spacecraft have been brought back from the moon. More proof.
Is this to say Apollo 13 was faked?
Don't you suppose faking ONE mission would've been enough? Why 6? BECAUSE IT WASN'T FAKED!
And, how in the world would NASA have kept the hundreds, if not more, of people, including the astronauts, involved with the space missions quiet for almost 37 years? With all the interviews, TV specials, and articles that probably wouldn't be possible. Besides, they were only human!

Well if so, why can't we find any of the stuff used up there with a high powered telescope? Where's, the little car they drove around??? Also, when it landed on the moon, no dust was kicked up, but yet when the astronauts jumped onto the surface, it did. Because it was ACTING!

Yes, of course. Don't tell me you are hoping to get some "conspiracy theory" answers. Oswald really murdered JFK, 9/11 was not orchestrated by the U.S. govt, and American astronauts really landed on the moon. Comprende?

Personally I don't think so.......too many inconsistancies in the film footage........probably filmed on the back lot of Universal Studios is what I think. If they have landed on the moon then why haven't they been back since?

Yes they did. If you can find a good teliscope and know where to look you can see the landing sight with some equipment up there.

Yes, several times. No, it wasn't staged. It would take more technical movie magic than we had in 1969 to fake it. Remember, color TV was fairly new back then.

Yes, i think it is true. I know there were books out about how it was faked but over my life with the evidence i have seen i believe that they really did.
