pick your nose. Seriously! That will make most people look away. Even that person doesn't look away, then flick a booger at them.

Get really mean. You have to! Flip them off, or tell them to F*** off. I know that its not very ladylike and all, but sometimes you just need to get the point across. Ok Maybe you don't need to go to that extreme, but be a bit mean!

first you ask them nicely to stop staring and if they dont stop then you go up and say 'im not famous so i dont have an autograph to give, im not a mindreader so stop trying to send me telopathic waves and if i have something on my face you could just tell me and get on with your life' and then you leave...

forgive them, try to adjust. you can't control their behavior. It is not your right to determine what they look at. Yes, it is a social norm not to stare but just breathe and breathe and don't let it bother you. Why is it bothering you? That is the real issue here.

i would either put something like a book up to where they cant stare at you any more or i would go somewhere else so they couldnt see you
