I think Soy but i don't like the taste of soy and maybe cows milk because its more i don't know real tasting

Well that depends if your lactose intolerent then that would be soy, if not I like 2% milk it has less fat than whole milk which is not good for you as an adult, cause it could clog your arteries.

I am 27 years old so i drink 2%milk because is better for my but i think it all depends in people age.
