You can use a software called "Keylogger" installed on your computer and if she is using ur comp then you will know waht she did including personal information accessed through your comp and the programms runned by her. In the settings section you can redirect the info directly to ur mail address so that you can view it from anyware around the world.

Maybe you should put up a password or something if you're concerned with security.

Hide the joystick when you're not around.

Maybe set up a camera someplace and see if she uses it.
