First of all are you a u.s citizens if you are you need to hire a immigration lawyer he/she will direct you on what to do.also you need to ask yourself if you want to help this person because immigration going to put your through alot of things and may be you might back away from the whole thing, not only you going to marry this person but also lived together for a couples of years and going for interview.one more thing they will try to discourage you from helping that person.think about it really hard.
