Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 500 gms.
Chopped onion ¾ cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
Chopped green coriander 1 tbsp.
Dried mango powder 1 tsp.
Chopped green chili 1 tsp.
Lemon juice 2 tsps.
Red chili powder 1 tsp.
Oil 1 tbsp.
Salt To taste
Instructions:
1. Clean and cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Drain excess water and chill chicken in a refrigerator.
2. Mix chopped onions, Garam Masala Powder, dry mango powder, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, salt, chopped green coriander, lemon juice and oil with cooked chicken pieces.
3. Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with tomato slices or a Tomato Rose.

Orange chicken (chat)
Yield: 4 Servings
4 Chicken Portions
1 Onion, Peeled and Thinly Sliced
½ ts Dried Rosemary
½ ts Ground Ginger
pn Turmeric or Paprika
1 pt Unsweetened Orange Juice
2 ts Orange Marmalade
Boiled Rice, Noodles or Potatoes.
TO SERVE Preheat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Put chicken portions into casserole dish. Sprinkle over onion, rosemary, ginger and turmeric or paprika. Pour over orange juice and stir in marmalade. Cover and cook for about 45 minutes until the chicken is tender. Serve with boiled rice, noodles or potatoes.

cilantro chopped
tomatoes chopped
fritos lays crushed
mix all this. squeeze lemon juice and serve with 2 spoons of Apple sauce over it.
