Ressurection implies that any life form has basically risen from the dead and comes back as the same life form (i.e. the Resurrection of Jesus.)

Reincarnation is predominantly a Buddish belief, whereby a life form does, then comes back as a different life form based upon its actions in the previous life (i.e. Karma.)

Your resurrect a body. The same person comes back.
You reincarnate a soul. The soul has a new body and no (or rarely any) memory of what came before. Reincarnates do have the built up karma, good or bad, from previous lives though.
