Although its not a good idea, I snack before I go to bed and every time I do, I am STARVING the next morning! If I don't eat the night before I am not as hungry the next morning.

it all depends on the snack, try eatting a serving of sugar free peanut butter or cottage cheese. these have slow burning proteins. If your snack is a unhealthy snack you will definately have hunger pains in the morning. But, it is natural for your body to want food after a nights sleep. Allow your body this snack it will start your metabolism Morning is a good time for complex carbs, try oatmeal or a whole grain cereal, leave off the sugar.

some of the foods we eat triggers something inside of us making us feel hungry whether we are or not.
