Khoresh in Persian stands for a stewed type of sauce which is usually prepared with meat or fowl combined with fresh or dried vegetables, fresh or dried fruit, and sometimes nuts and cereals. Khoresh is usually served with rice.

khoresht is an oili and alittle water with meat and bean. it is specially for east people and iranian people for example khoresht gheime with all of them and tomato , khoresht ghorme sabbzi with all of them and vegetable
