as soon as the hair bothers her and makes her feel awkward. If she is conscious of it, it means she is maturing, so why should she be bothered by it?

Whenever a girl wants to start shaving, because she feels conscious of hair on her legs or under her arms, she should shave. Basically there's no set age, it's usually around the beginning of puberty.

I think you should start shaving the time you get hair under your arms immediately ..and as for your legs...7 th grade and that's if they are hairy ....I could never honestly put an age on shaving ...if the hair is bothering them then no mater the age they should shave everyones different some people are very hairy ...

I was thirteen when i started shaving, but i have thick black hair, so the hair on my legs was very notorious at that time, so i would advice you start shaving whenever your hair starts noticing a little more, but the best thing to do is wait until you really have to... because shaving is something you will have to do forever!

I think 16 is a good age. However saying that I do have a 13 year old who started at 13. Problem is the hair itself. If she's blonde and fine hair she might be able to wait. If it is dark and corse then she may want it off sooner......and kids are cruel and say mean things at times.

A-when your parents say it's ok, B-you've got to have enough hair,and C-don't rush it,you'll be shaving the rest of your life!! I snuck,when I was 8,and got the razor,and you guessed it,sliced out a HUGE chunk off of my kneecap,and had to tell my mom while I was bleeding everywhere,lol,NOT fun

when you have hair to shave.... i started too early and now i've paved the way to shave all the time.
dont be in any rush, once you start, you'll have to do it forever. and if you do start, then only do it when needed, not every other day if unnecsesary.
