Different slang terms, same meaning.

no difference, except that "giving head" goes either way.... but then you have people who want to argue that "giving head" is STRICTLY a masculine term, and shouldn't be used when referring to .......administering to a woman lol
Either way, if you're talking about a man being on the receiving end, it's the same thing. Depending on your particular views, giving head MAY pertain to a woman, but a BJ would NOT. And why they call it a BJ, I'll never know....

I think there's a difference. When I give head, it's just to get my boyfriend off quickly, now when I give him a ********, I take my time to ensure the pleasure, sort of like having sex and making love. Ya know!

nothing. actually the term blow *job derived in the early years of the country when it was a crime to give Oral sex. Prostitutes often used the term bl*ow job when they were caught. they used the term to say they were just drying or warming up the male genitalia so all they could get on them was indesent exposure.

I can't believe you asked that question! If you really want to step your game up, start giving out blumpkins. A blumpkin is when you give head while the guy is taking a ****! Dosen't that sound romantic?

They are just two different phrases for the same action. And don't do it unless they go down on you first. Then tell them you'll do them later, but don't do it later. Just keep telling them that!
