Whenever I fly multi city stops in the USA, I find the cheapest fares with Expedia, then go to that particular airline's website and play with the options until I get it as low as possible. AA.Com is particularly good for doing that with.

I recommend first finding out what airlines fly to wherever your going and go to the airlines' websites, they usually have better fares and slaes every now and then
