Sweetie? I am the epitome of updos that have gone wrong or otherwise. I got one at Fantastic Sams and the woman turned my chair around so I could not see what she was doing. I figured, well, I'm paying good money for this and I' feel pretty sure she is doing a good job, so I tried not to question that fact. Fact turned into fiction real fast! When she finally turned me around to see my updo, I LOOKED LIKE THE BLOOMING ONION FROM OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE!! LOL! I was so stupid looking. It looked a liked a mushroom on the top of my head.

I don't know what to tell you honey, but one thing I do know is, don't wash your hair for a couple of days because it is much easier to put up than when it is clean and slippery. Make sure that hair stylist turns your butt towards the mirror so that you don't have to worry about having a heart attack when she turns you around. I swear. Make them do it while you are facing the mirror, so you have no nasty surprises! LOl! Good luck honey! :)

When you say up-do, I only get those at a salon. Regular cute little buns only require one nice ponytail holder and when you are ready to pull the hair through the holder the last time, stop right before you pull the ends through and holding your head upside down, twist it and mess it up a bit where the ends of your hair are sticking through the front and if you want, leave a cute little long haired tail hanging down the back. Spray it and put a clip in the back to keep it up on the top part of the back of your head. If you want to put a bow too, that would be cute and if you are looking for a professional look, skip the bow. Also, it works really well when your hair is wet. It doesn't have to be clean, just wet. Okay? Hope this helps.

1. Try putting your hair up in a pretty high ponytail
2. First get another hair tie then take the end of the ponytail and
tie it to the hair tie that is holding your ponytail.
3. Get a median sized hair clip to hol your bun up.
4. Put on a bow or something to make it look cute!!!!!
