Where I grew up The Willies were a creepy feeling that comes over you . For example going into an old empty house and feeling like someone is watching you. That would give me the Willies. I don't know how this expression started or by whom. I've heard it my whole life.

The hee-bee-jee-bees. You know, when you get full body chills. Let's just say you walked in on your parents, that might give you "the willies"

Dunno about the willies but the heeby jeebys is used by anti-semetics to say what it feels like "when a jew puts the eye on you" and is actually a very insulting term that is commonly and ingorantly used.
