Why only one?
Well, since this is your question, I would ban Judaism and all the religions created with Judaism as their base, that means Christianity an Islam are out, as a matter of fact all three are one!
Most other religions are good with people, all the people, while Those Judaic religions are only good for the Jews and the leaders! That is why the term "holy" war and of the criminal god is known only to these religions!

It is fan/ strange/ peculiar, some say they would ban Atheism, but this is not a religion, is the understanding that religions are made by rulers to prolong and secure their rein, while gods are created to cover the areas people do not know/ understand!

Why would you want to ban a religion? Why is it that people feel the need or the want to ban a religion? everyone is entitled to worship and have faith in what they chose, whether it be God or a rock. Its not religion that separates people - people do that all on their own with pushing their beliefs and imposing their beliefs on fellow neighbors.

I have a deep respect for religions and beliefs that do not feel the need to impose -- for instance, Paganism (all aspects), Buddhists, etc.. who do not have commercials on television, knock on your door at all crazy hours to preach to you, etc.. If people would learn to respect one another's beliefs instead of believing their religion is the only one that should matter, this world would be a better place.

Banning a religion is the same as the Witch hunt and Inquisition!

Its a shame to read what so many people have written about banning a belief. What happened to all of the freedoms we have been afforded? What a shame this thread is.

Oh come on, who cares? I would rather have people have faith and guidance in some way then not at all. Is any religion bad? Unless we're talking about Satanic cults, which are like the opposite of religion...can't we just all love each other?

God created us "human race" in his image, the true religion should be "us"... so we don't go extinct? Any 1 religion singled out to ban is a discrimination against human contribution to mankind... afterall its all made and pass through us mortals. We are the ONE.

If it wasn't for the threat they pose, I could actually stand religion for a little while longer. The Christians will phase themselves out eventually. But these muslims aren't going down without a fight. The thing is, they're not satisfied to simply die for their beliefs. They want to take the rest of us with them.

IMO, they're about the best villains we've seen since Hitler. It's nice to actually fight insane people, as opposed to people who simply have a different way of life. It makes for better movies.
