OH YEAH. there's Cantonese, Shanghainese, Wu, the Beijing dialect, Vernacular Chinese, Min, Xiang, Hakka, Gan, Jin, Hui, and Ping

Mandarin in a UN language and is the national language of China but every region tends to have its oven spoken dialect. The written characters are the same in most cases though.

MANY OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!! do u know how many provinces there are? each has their own dialect which is like their own language practically. then there's taiwanese and cantonese.
