In traditional Christianity, no allowance is made for the redemption of angels. Only human beings have a way open for forgiveness through the incarnation of Jesus of Nazareth. For whatever reason, no such pathway was made available for angels (which Satan technically is). For angels, it appears that "once fallen, always fallen."

Satan is a fallen angel, not a person. Christ came so that mankind could have the opportunity for forgiveness not to die for Satan. Satan isn't all the evil, he is real but he catches a lot of blame that we rightly deserve. We all have evil in our hearts which can only be removed by the Love for God and a saving faith in the Lord Jesus. Satan isn't in Hell, he is in the world tempting us to do disobey God. One day he along with the beast and antichrist will be in hell, but not yet.

That is a good question. I have 2 parts of answer to it.
1) Satan will not ask God to forgive him. Satan willfully chose to rebel against God. Satan is not a human being, when he chose to reject God he had full knowledge of who God was and what it was that he was rejecting. There is no piece of evidence or moment of claratiy in which Satan will suddenly realize that he was wrong.
2) God has not provided a plan of redemption for Angels to get a second chance. For humans, God has provided Jesus as a way for us to get right with God after we rebel against him. God has provided nothing similar for angels. I believe the reason for that is as I explained in part 1 - angels are powerful spiritual beings that know much more about God and about existence than humans do. They make their choices eternally not day by day like we do.
But, to answer your second part of your question - hell is a containment cell for evil. If Satan were not in it (let's say if he did not exist) all other evil in the universe would be there. Yes, Satan tempts us to do evil, but there is also a will in our hearts to do evil when we lie or cheat or steal. We are to blame for the evil choices we make, not Satan. There are other evil angels and there are people who will stubbornly reject God's love and mercy.
In order for Heaven to be a place where there is no evil, all evil must be quarantined from it. Hell is the place of quarantine.
Evil will never be gone forever, it will merely be seperated and quarantined from the rest of the creatures who want to live according to God's perfect and loving will.

No, God would not forgive Satan. Lucifer was an angel, not a human, and he was created to serve God. He knew the glory of God but rejected him; blasphemed against him. Not only is this an unpardonable sin, since Lucifer was a Heavenly being, not a human, different rules apply.

God would supposedly forgive but nothing said God was stupid enough to let Satan back in to heaven. Suppose God would know if Satan were just messing around

Don't think that God would forgive him as Satan has blasphemed the Holy Spirit which is an unpardonable sin. Also, Satan's nature would make it impossible for him to ever ask anyway, so the question is moot.

No....Blaspheming GOD is the only sin GOD will not forgive-it is in the bible( i forgot where) but Statan has done that hundreds of times over. So no, there is no room for stat an in Heaven. He should have obeyed God then he would have not been kicked out. Also, this is pre-ordained. God has number of souls to win (maybe win is not the correct word-but u know what I mean) and so does Statan!

Good question.
The same question was asked by Jesus ( a messenger of God) ., God replied that "yes I will forgive him, but I know he will not repent".
================
i dont get your point, who would take over Hell. God has power over all thing and everything belongs to God alone.

I don't believe in Satan or the existence of a supreme evil entity. I believe evil is essentially a human creation, a bi-product of free will. So, although I cannot give an answer to your question, I must say that this question will at least get people thinking.

Wow, good question...
But as much as God is forgiving, I think that God only forgives people of their sin. Since satan was a fallen angel, he cant be forgiven. I think it's because of all the cursing he has done to His name.

It's a good question, but I'd have to say no, because Lucifer's fall from heaven was caused by rebellion and even though rebellion is forgivable, the fact that it occurred in Heaven and caused the fall of one third of Heaven's angels along with Lucifer, made God realize that in order to keep Heaven from being poisoned by sin, He had to banish Lucifer and turn him to a reprobated mind in order to serve as an example to us and the remainder of the angelic realm.
