how old would u allow your daughter to date someone man older than she is......

Well, my daughters won't be able to "date" until they are at least 16 probably so I would have to say 18 because legally she can do as they want. Hopefully my job raising them properly will take affect. I don't see anything wrong with dating a slightly older man as long as he respects her and treats her well. Of course, at 18 dating a 30 year old wouldn't be acceptable in my eyes because a 30 year old man is more than likely only seeing the physical side of an 18 year old.

Age is Merely a number, however I think that for legal reasons people should wait until 18 to date much older. It is not fun going through a statutory rape situation. Good Luck!

depends how much older i would say 16 with and 18 ok... 14 with an 18 no!!! it just really depends on the age and the maturity levels

IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW OLD UR DAUGHTER IS AND HOW MUCH OLDER THE GUY IS PERSONLY I THINK A 2 OR3 YEAR DIFFERENT IS NOT BAD BUT HONESTLY UR DAUGHTER SHOULD BE OLDER THAN 14 TO DATE ANY WAY

It depends on her maturity, 9th graders dating 12th graders can be dangerous. But it really depends on the people. Once daughter is out of the house there isn't much you can do.

until she's graduated from high school, i wouldn't let her date anyone older then 19. after that it's her choice since she's leagally an adult. but it's really what you feel comfortable with. if you fell alright with her datin someone 20 and above then that's fine. if you feel she's too naive to date someone older then keep her from doin it
