The quickest way to lose weight is to not eat.........Although as soon as you do you will gain all that weight and then some back.........You should focus on what is the best way to properly lose weight. Here are some rules I have for myself (I am 30 years old and I have an awsome bod)

1. I only eat fried foods on occasion, like 1 time a month.
2. Lots of veges and protein
3. Stay away from all you can eat places and Mc Donalds
4. Never finish all my food, save some for later.
5 Never eat after 8pm
6 Eat a big breakfast a good lunch and a light dinner. You need more energy early in the day......less at night. Have a snack of raw veges or something in between. several light snacks are better for you than sitting down and cunsuming 1500 calories in one plate.

Why do you hurry i don't know, but it may create problems. So i suggest to make it happen naturally.
Water fast is the best but you have asked for diet, get it.
Avoid fatty, spicy, sweet, cold and stimulous food. Add salads and if possible sprouts to your meals, they will solve your problem.

no carb, if you can handle it. but you have to be careful because it seems like it's easier to gain the weight fast. you can also try low fat, high fiber. i always lose weight if i cut out soda and drink alot of water. stay away from fried food.
