Brushing for 2 minutes, two times a day, flossing once a day and visiting the dentist at least times a year (unless they want you to come in more than that).

You should brush after every meal or at least three times a day you should also floss everyday but if you floss you don't really have to use mouth wash.Just make sure to brush and FLOSS every day

use traditional remedies e.g try bitter chewing sticks e.g those from neem trees very often.it works in africa.unfortunately, iam not sure u have access 2 this in the west.
