Watching what you eat, and exercising. Most over-the-counter diet pills are worthless at best, and hazardous at worst...all that I've ever seen prescribe a diet plan for you to follow while taking the pill, not telling you that if you dieted w/o taking the pill you'd still lose weight.

If you are seriously overweight, consult your doctor for the best method for you...but bottom line is the pills aren't worth the damage they can do...the key is a lifestyle change that has you eating better and exercising regularly...without that, nothing is going to keep the weight off long term anyway.

Good luck!

A dose of the reality pill. You need to change your eating and activity habits to lose weight permanently. Go see your doctor and see if they can recommend a program or diet professional for you. You wont regret it.
