I don't eat fish, but I do live with people who eat fish , and trust me they say that the fish head is the best tasting part of the fish, they suck out every thing including eyes, but I don't think they actually sallow it, maybe they spit it back out.

Fish eyes look like grapes. Hamburgers could possibly made out of cow eyes. Different sandwich meats since they are processed...you would never know!
