after the comma, it means "to meet someone who speaks the same language." Seria means Serious and Genial means Brilliant or Bright...Eso means That or Those. So it's probably some sort of Spanish "slang" or common phrase that doesn't have a literal translation, but probably has a parallel English phrase.

I only know the translation after the coma. I tried to translate the first part but it didn't make sense to me. The second part says "meet with someone who speaks the same language" I hope that helped out a bit
