A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end.Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash 250 cal.s a day to lose about 25 lbs. in a year, Slash 500 cal.s to loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.

2. Balance Booster - While u brush ur teeth, alternate standing on 1 leg as u switch mouth quadrants(every 30 seconds). BURNS 10
3.Be a Ballerina - As ur coffee drips, stand sideways, put 1 hand on the counter, and lift the outside leg straigh out in front of u, keeping it extended. With upper body straight, hold for a few sec.s and move it to the side: hold and extend it behind u. Do 5x on each leg. BURNS 10
4. Talk It UP - Every time u grab the phone, stand up & pace around. BURNS 50
5. Carry Some Weight - When ur grocery Shopping/ running erands, wear a backpack with 5-10 lbs bag of sugar inside to increase resistance & burn more calories. Add purchases to ur load as it becomes easier. BURNS 20 (FOR AN HOUR OF ERRANDS)
6.Pump at the Pump - While ur getting gas, With 1 hand on ur car, Stand on the balls of ur feet & slowly rise up & down for as long as it takes to fill ur tank. BURNS 10
7. Shop till the Pounds Drop - at the mall try on at least 10 outfits- pants and shirts.BURNS 60
8. Jog for Junk Mail - For every piece of junk mail u get each day, do 1 lap around ur house/ building, / up & down a flight of stairs. BURNS 35-140
9. Play Footsie - After Dinner, while u are sitting at the table, extend your right leg out & slowly bend it up & down, squeezing & holding in the up position for at least 5 sec.s. Repeat 5x for each leg. BURNS 10
10.Ease into Evening - sitting with feet uncrossed, grab ur wrists & raise ur hands above ur head to lengthen the spine. Take a deep breath in as u reach & hold the position, breathing slowly in & out for 20 sec.s, taking longer on the exhale. BURNS 5
11. Sing a Song - Spend sunday morning belting it out in the church choir. BURNS 70 PER SERVICE
12. Catch This! -
Spend 30 min tossing a ball or a frisbee with ur kid/dog BURNS 90

First of all 100 crunches a day are going to give you rock solid abs, but no mater how many you do, no one will ever see them. You need to work ALL of your muscles. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Even when you are sleeping. Volleyball is great, it is good to see you are getting some exercise. I would recommend swimming. You are working your entire body at once and you are getting cardiovascular and resistance training at the same time. If you are eating healthy I assume you don't eat sugar. Any refined sugar or flour goes straight to fat! I often recommend the book, Body for Life
By Bill Phillips. If exercise doesn't seem to be doing the trick, or not working fast enough, it might be your glands. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have your folks take you to the doctor to see if your thyroid is working like it is suppose to. Another book I would like to recommend is The Liver-Cleansing Diet by Sandra Cabot. The liver is important because it is the organ that pumps fat out of you body. If your fat pump isn't working right you will not lose weight no mater how hard you try. Ok first of all we all feel that way at 14 because our bodies are going through so many changes. The good thing is at 14 your metabolism should be faster than it will ever be. For now I would focus on cardio walk every day or jog for 45 minutes at least 4 times per week. Next thing is to cut out junk food. I know at your age its hard but if you plan and do your grocery shopping you'll find a lot of lower calorie versions of your favorite foods, like pizza, they have Healthy Choice pizza which has very little fat. Also turkey sandwiches are good healthy choices. Cut out all sodas and drink a lot of water. In no time you'll see a difference. And remember we all grow out of that awkward stage its just part of growing.

yeah..define eating healthy. Eliminate any sugar from your diet including desserts, soda, etc. If you ever eat fast food, then that should go as well. Don't eat anything that is fried.
Crunches are not going to take off weight, they build muscle. You need to burn calories. Forget about running around with your neighbors or playing volleyball, you need a real exercise routine. Start off walking and stretch your distance, find some hills to gradually work towards.

Walk 2 miles a morning.....
come home have OJ
snack soy seeds
lunch chicken salad
snack some fruit
dinner chicken with steamed vegetables
snack fruit or nuts
ALWAYS drink ALOT of water a day.....it flushes out fat.......I drink 8 glasses a day : )
Stay away from POP and junk food........

Be careful that you're not developing anorexia. Talk to your school counselor.
What is your bone structure? Maybe you have bigger/stronger bones.
How much do they weigh? Do you really weigh more or is it imaginary? Also, what is the height-to-weight ratio?
Try strength training in addition to your aerobics. Maybe you can replace any fat with lean body mass.

Height in inches = Weight in kgs is a health formula. You eat healthy means you might be eating fatty and spicy foods which is responsible for obesity. So please control your tongue first and follow natural diet as your hunger seems better.
You should minimise fatty, spicy and sweet foods. In that place you add salads and sprouts, that is the healthy food. You can go for fruits as mid eatings.

My daughter is younger than you about the same size. She is beautiful because she has confidence. All her life I told her she is beautiful and she is not fat, she's "fluffy". She feels good about herself, takes care of herself and dresses nice. Her confidence radiates beauty, and she has lots of friends and guys ask her to dances often
