~I am a working stiff with the same problem. I don't expect anybody to pay my freight and I don't want to pay yours, through my taxes, my insurance or my social security or otherwise. If and when I decide to get the work done, I've got this neat little trick I plan to try. It's called a budget, from which I will pare incidentals and eat cheaper food to generate another weird little thing I heard tell about called savings.

Get your full dental work and implants in India.Dental Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic/dental surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her full dental work and jaw surgery for the cross bite and the overbite problem done there and she is more than very happy with the results.sHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her.hope this helps.I think she paid only 7000$ for the full dental surgery for which she was quoted 22000 $ in USA.

1. You could ask the mafia for help.. but you might owe favours and end up with a dead horse in your bed.
2. You could ask your dentist if you can pay with certain types of 'favours'
3. Or you could ask the hardware store for some titanium screws and a screwdriver, drill some holes in your jaw and screw in your denture
4. Ask a lottery ticket if it can guess the right numbers for you
5. Get Dentures like every body else.... u think that the average regular non disabled people can afford implants?

You may be stuck with a bridge, or a partial, or dentures, depending on how many teeth you need to replace. Unfortunately, implants are not considered "mainstream" yet, so lots of plans don't cover them.

implants are not available in the NHS at this moment in time, unless you are luckiy enough to get into a clinical trial run by a teaching hospital who needs patients for their research into implants or needs patients for their postgraduate students for their training

Try asking your dentist if there is a loan company they go through for this. Some do and some don't. Try checking into them yourself. One is dentalcare.com. Search the web you may be surprised.
