I've been through this - its a real pain. First click on go and run msconfig. Dedelect everything in the Service and Startup tabs. This stops all the viruses and spyware from loading - restart your PC. Go to Limewire.com and download Norton anti Virus. Follow the directions in the .txt file to install it - you won't be able to be connected to the web during installation and for a couple of restarts after it is installed.

DO NOT load anymore toolbars from Adaware or any of the others as these install spyware to induce you to buy their software.

Norton will find all of the virese and spyware and will remove as much as it can. After this, run msconfig again and select everything in the Sevice and Startup tabs. Restart your PC, the viruses will be loaded again and Norton will find and destroy them.

Do another full scan with Norton just to be sure - you can then reconnect to the web, register Norton and your system will be fully protected.
