I'm estimating that a normal, healthy weight for a person of your height would be between 105 - 140 pounds. If you are within that weight then it's okay. Anything less than 7 stone 7lbs you are underweight.
Personally if you are of similar build to your parents, and your bones and shoulderblades are not sticking out sharply, and you weigh within the BMI weight range, chances are you are meant to be that size!
Though if I were you, I would be careful how I would go about gaining weight - as eating a huge amount of calories can do damage to your health. I guess regular exercise might put muscle on, and therefore cause you to gain a bit of weight?
I'm 5'8" and 140lbs, which is right in the centre of the "normal" BMI calculations - yet I'm a size 10 top. People tell me I'm thin, but my father's family does have a trend to be tall and thin!
So no matter what people say, I'm fine! XD

The optimum BMI is generally accepted to be 22. A BMI of 22 for you would be 8 stone 12 pounds. Your metabolism will naturally slow as you get older, so I wouldn't worry about forcing yourself to gain weight. I used to be ultra-skinny and tried desperately to put on weight, then found I couldn't stop eating, oops!! If you can buy clothes in normal shops then you aren't too thin and you aren't too fat..... I hope this helps!

I am 5 foot 7 and weight 170 pounds and I am not fat. I do loads of weight training, go to the gym at least 5 times a week and can leave most "thin" people standing. They even come and get on the treadmill next to me hoping that they can make me look bad by outrunning me. i always have the last laugh. Weigh what you are happy with.

At least an eight, if not a 10. Then I think a 14 would be considered big for your height. Perfect weight would be 8 1/2 stone I think.

fat! lol i'm in straightforward words being problem-loose. I be wide unsleeping length 0 and fat human beings maximum; the extremes really. overweight- i'm a chubb fan :D skinny faces and fingers stand out maximum to me on length 0 human beings i can not stand the scrawny hosey seem, at the same time as they on the prompt are literally not of route skinny yet really in straightforward words letting themselves waste away. On fat human beings i imagine of i be wide unsleeping the tummy the significant. yet even if, i imagine of humour and personality is more beneficial perfect than any body length.

Height in inches = Weight in kgs is an ideal formula. Now you decide too fat and too thin sizes.
63 kgs is a decent weight for you.

Have you tried working out your BMI (body mass index). Do A BMI search, Im a size 8 and am also desperately trying to gain weight. I feel that I am lacking something (and not weight!!)because I am not medically obese, it seems to me that if you are over weight now it is more acceptable than being thin.

some people have small waists even when thay are fat if you have fat onyour arms and legs then theres nothing to worry about its probably you are tall about 8 to 9 stone is healthy

thier is no size that is to fat or thin its what you are comfortable with if you think your too thin eat more and chew slower 9 stone is about right if people like you they wont care about size
