huh? what was the question? if i see the religious significance when someone asks apples or bananas? i understand that the apple represents the creation of adam and eve but i dont understand the banana.

It's folklore that it had to be an 'apple', - it was called the "fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil"

It's definitely folklore that some have belief and un-substantiatable faith about leaving the trees / bananas.
