If you are experiencing anxiety (not common on this medication though it does happen), you need to notify your doctor immediately. He/she can order you a different medication. How long have you been on the medication? Most add/adhd medications require an adjustment period. If you are still in the adjustment phase, the doctor might ask you to stick it out a little longer to see if the anxiety passes. However, if you have been on it for a while, a new medication will probably be ordered.

You might need a lower dose. Adderall makes me completely manic thus I cannot take it. Have you considered plain Adderall (non extended release) or perhaps Strattera will work for you? Talk to your doctor.
