Not all men are. Most likely a subconscious attraction going back to the mothers breast for food.

This is a hard one, perhaps because they feel a need inside them to be nutured by a female, and knowing that women have the ability to breastfeed infants and give birth and to care and nuture they look at the breast as a means of affection? But.somewhere men have confused nuturing and caring with intimacy (sex) which I think happens as well.
