my first car is a used '04 Acura TSX.. ive had it for over 3 months now, i think that its starting to makes weird sounds. When i drive from 30-75mph it makes this weird muffled humming/rummbleing sounds towards the back of the car. Can anyone tell my whats wrong?

the light that says check engine isnt on either, no warning lights are on.

also my tires says it need to be inflated at 40psi but i checked all 4 tires and they were at 31-36 psi, ive asked some friends and they said that thats no problem and that i dont need to get it inflated to 41 psi.

THANKS FOR THE HELP

First, you are lucky to have one o fthe best small cars on the planet, and no it i snot supposed ot make any weird sounds. Take it to an Acura dealer. That is a very sophisiticated car, and your local gas station mechnanic isn't gonna have a clue what's wrong with it.
Your tires definitely do not need 40psi. More like 30-32 is probably right. There's a white sticker inside your drivers door that lists tire size and recommended inflation pressure. Use that number. The 41psi on the tires is max inflation pressure for the tires is you have a very heavy load -- not what is recommended by Acura. Good Luck.

no, its not normal for a car to make that kind of noise. Take it to the dealer or wherever you purchased it and have them look at it. If it was a private sale, take it to an acura mechanic.

In terms of tires, i've never seen tires inflated to 40 psi. better check that.

I can't tell you what's wrong, but I can tell you that it's never normal for a car to make any unusual sounds.

it could be a rear hub bearing. go to your nearest acura dealer. your tsx should still be under warranty

Had you not run into that tree, the car most likely would be ok, but at this point, SORRY,
