The guy with a great sense of humor will always win me over. I need someone who can make me laugh and enjoy life, not someone who has money but no personality. I don't need a rich dude because I like earning my own money and supporting myself.

I am a really serious person, and don't get me wrong, I love my husband dearly, but his jokes and playing around sometimes get on my nerves. I guess it's because I don't really have a sense of humor. So I would say a rich dude with no sense of humor.

I would rather be with a man with a sense of humor, but I don't
like stupid funny, or someone that is always trying to be the clown
in the crowd. No one has to be funny all the time, only when it's
appropriate. When it is just a natural part of the person.

Like others have said, it depends on the girl. The girls that have a more sense of caring and aren't looking for money tend to like the funny guys that are nice and just like having a good time, on the other hand there are shallow girls that all they want out of the relationship is money, I'd suggest to stay away from those girls.
