my ex-gf is stil wearing my ring, necklace and watch
we were together for 2.5 years and i still love her very much but for now she wants to be friends. she broke up with because the last 2 months when we were 2gether i neglected her lot and when she needed me i wasnt there 4 her. she warned me about this but i avoided it and it led her to this decision.
it was a hard 4 weeks for me, cause i really missed her and i want things back 2 normal and i am willing to improve and commit to it.
what should i do
and what does the ring mean?

she is not big on jewelery... i got her ring the second one is more of pre-engagement ring. currently she doesnt want 2 see me cause i get very emotional and kept begging her to come back to me.

She is not moving on... she is still holding you real close. Two and half years is a long time to be with someone, she can't just take you and all your stuff and act like it never happened... Take it as a good sign that you still have a good chance of making things right again... just be patient.. give her the space she needs right now.. She broke up with you cause she warned you and you didn't care enough about her to be there.. she's prob.. just trying to make a point to you.. that you can't take her for granted she doesn't need you to be in her life, she wants you to be there..

Unfortunately her wearing your ring isn't a sign. And if you really want her back, work on your own signs. Don't say "I'll change". Change. If she didn't like how you never worked out, start up at a gym - for you. If you know of ways to improve yourself that she also saw, do it - for you. The more you change because you should change, the better the chances of her wanting you back.
Changing "for her" isn't what she wants. She wants you to recognize these things on your own and see that you want to work to improve yourself.

I think she still loves you... the only thing she wanted to break - up with you is because you didnt see her presence for the times that she needs you. Remember, she only needs space and also for you to realize her existence. Talk to her and tell her that you need her back... just explain what you feel. She may understand that.

it means she can still forgive you and just waiting for you to approach him...come on..say sorry and if you really love her...beg for her forgiveness so she will believe that you are sincere..come on...prove her you love her so much and show her how sorry you are....don't stop saying sorry...that's suppose to work...and another thing,about the ring,it also means she's not interested nor goin out with someone else...
